A-One Start to Finish
After careful consideration we chose Blue Water Sailing School from a long list of possibilities. One of the reasons we went with them was because they sent study materials in advance. That gave us time to familiarize ourselves with the language and concepts of sailing. The price was competitive with no hidden extras. Captain Bill Miles was relaxed, knowledgeable, fun and thorough. We were always confident that Bill could handle any sailing situation that we might find ourselves in.(The weather was perfect, wind and waves cooperative, and we were terrrific students so he wasn't challenged!) He demonstrated, helped and pushed at exactly the right time. He also respected our intelligence, our abilities to learn and guided us through our weaknesses. It was an exhilarating experience overall. Go to Blue Water! |
