Good place to start sailing
My sailing insructor was Ed Podkelhorn. My boat was Catalina Capri. The course was 'Basic Keel Boat'. Ed explained everything very well. He is a good teacher - something that doesn't come across very often. The class alone is a great start but not enough. I am still working on my skills. Club's owner Butch was very helpfull. When I am next time in Bay Area I will definetelly take a course or take a boat from TradeWinds. |
