| Review: | The obsolute best on San Fran Bay If you want to learn to sail with the ability to sail anywhere in the world then this is the school for you. OCSC has a high standard for its instructors which ensure that every student completes each course successfully. After I completed their course work up to and including coastal navigation. My wife and I spent a year sailing our own boat from SF bay to Ecuador, South America. We always seemed to know how to approach each situation and never really had any serious problems. OCSC was the start of our dreams. Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Incredible instruction...worth every penny! If you learn at OCSC, you learn to sail with confidence. I had prior experience coming into their program but with the strong San Francisco Bay winds and their high standards, it made sense for me to re-learn a few things. They have the best student to instructor ratio with only three students and one instructor. Their location is right in the middle of they Bay so you also get the SF Bay experience to the fullest. I'm having so much fun and plan to go all the way through BBC with OCSC. They're the best. Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Graduate School These people are serious -- about safety and about skill. I had ASA certs and 2 years of racing experience, and was slightly insulted that they encouraged me to start over in Basic Cruising. Now I have their USSA Bareboat and Coastal Certification and I -know- I can sail any boat, anywhere. One instructor wasn't a match, but then they have so many great ones, they just moved me to someone who fit me better. Comments [ 0 ] |

| Review: | Some of these instructors are really irritating. I've been sailing since I was twelve. I found one of the instructors treated students like navy plebes. Other instructors wanted me to do maneuvers to a degree of perfection that they could not demonstrate or accomplish. Obsessive-compulsive. My brother who successfully raced for years had instructors trying to belittle him. There are some good instructors; but find a club that treats you with respect. Comments [ 0 ] |
