An excellent school
I purchased a beginner skipper package from the Jack London Square Boat Show for just under a thousand dollars, which included US Sailing's Basic Keelboat and Basic Cruising instruction along with a Bay Cruising Workshop. Among my excellent instructors included a professional delivery skipper and a veteran of the single-handed Transpac race from SF to Hawaii. I was so impressed by the quality of instruction and the friendliness of the staff that I joined the Club immediately after my classes were over! Definitely give Club Nautique a shot, and keep an eye out for their regular specials and package deals to save even more $$$. |
